At Orbivolt, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including clearance items, gift cards, and products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and may not be eligible for cancellation.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
