Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orbivolt is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
